'Baby Sister' (or just 'Sis') does have true grit.  After having pulled her iris out of her eye as a weanling, this very smart filly had the sense to be such a good patient that we could save her eye without surgery, just dedication and consistent care, (not too mention God's grace and mercy) allowed her eye to heal with a very minimal damage of less than 15% scar tissue.  She sees very well and does not have many "spooky" issues because of it.  Sis is by our stallion, 'Tig' (Hijo De La Tigre, a grandson of Poco Bueno) and out of King's Queen Charger, a gorgeous buckskin mare that is Depth Charge and Sugar Bars-bred.  Sis is definitely her father's daughter, one that loves to be with us and "help" us with our chores.
