Arrow's become quite a well loved member of this family. He is extremely smart and athletic. He is currently in training for agility and loves it. He is a very fast learner. Arrow has the typical Aussie attitude to want to please his owners. His butt can wiggle so fast when he is doing something he knows is going to get him a pat and a "good boy" reward. I love to see that Aussie wiggle in a dog, he can hardly sit still for doing that wiggle dance. He is fitting in well with all the dogs and is learning as much as I can throw at him, very easily. Our next step is to introduce him to stock, with his working dog pedigree he should be a natural at it.
Arrow's pedigree boast of excellent conformation dogs as well as many good old ranch dogs including but not limited to the grand old working lines, of Mistretta, and Las Rocosa. His conformation is quite sufficient to do well in the conformation ring, but his temperament and athletic abilities demand him to acquire a job that will fulfill his physical needs. He is a high energy driven dog with an inquisitive mind.
We are very pleased with the puppies he has produced, their colors, conformation and attitudes are everything we've hoped for so far. Right now I think of Arrow as an old lump of cole, but the way he is improving and learning, well he's going to be a Diamond one day.
When Arrow arrived and saw "all these gorgeous babes", well, lets just say he hasn't been able to wipe that silly grin off his face yet.
